As a recent college graduate, Leann was excited to find a place of business where she could express and further develop her gifts in a supportive environment. With her concentrations at West Chester University being Nutrition and Contemplative Studies, it is her goal to inspire others to transform their lives in safe and healthy ways and aide them in their journeys. She knows the switch to a healthier lifestyle is often not such a smooth transition to make, especially when unhealthy or harmful patterns are more familiar than helpful and positive ones. It was not until the middle of her career at WCU that her own unhealthy behavior patterns were brought to light. It was when her harmful relationship with herself was addressed that she began her healing process, which led her to the work she lives for today. She fell in love with yoga in 2012 and now teaches Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga at various locations, in addition to working with others to transform their diet and mindset; and offering local donation based community classes through The Prana House. She sees herself as merely a guide here to help others live the most fulfilling lives they can imagine for themselves. She lives her life in her highest truth to inspire and set the example that happiness can be achieved from within. Her highest hope is to introduce others to themselves so we can collectively make this world we share a more positive place.
